issuance of general obligation bonds for the purpose of paying the cost                             
of design, construction, and major maintenance of educational and                                   
museum facilities; and providing for an effective date" was read the

Senator Kelly, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page                                 
3477. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL

considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
